[C++/Py] Auto Login after Crash (FULL)

This is an improvement - When a player crashes in the game, the client will automatically reopen itself + automatically connect to the game.

For example: if player X clicks on a system, and that system has a buggy python part - the client will crash. This add-on will automatically reconnect the player to the game.
