Add level cap to portals, just like in other MMORPG games.
It helps if you want to have more control over the timeline of players' evolution.
You can put limits on maps using the portal.txt file. If you don't specify anything here, there will be no level limit.
Each portal will have a limit displayed next to it (like in the picture below)
